Case study: Application of SWINGTECTOR for Asphalt Flooring
2025-11-19
# L Logistics Center
L Company, a
household goods manufacturer, requested the installation of safety barriers to
separate pedestrian walkways from freight vehicle paths and to protect key facilities
at their new logistics center.
Due to the high risk associated with the
frequent movement of heavy-duty trucks in the exterior areas, we provided a
double-tier guardrail solution for enhanced durability.
Additionally, black
reflective sheets were applied to the high-visibility yellow pipes to ensure
the barriers are easily identifiable by drivers, even at night or in poor
weather conditions.

# C Plant Entrance/Exit
At the vehicle entrance and exit of C Company’s
food and beverage plant, pedestrian paths were only marked by lines on the
road, creating a high risk of collisions. To prioritize pedestrian safety, we
proposed a customized barrier solution. For uneven sections such as speed
bumps, we conducted foundational work to level the surface for stable
installation.
On asphalt surfaces, we perform core
drilling according to the base of the Swingtector and use high-strength
concrete for foundational reinforcement.
The Swingtector is designed to deliver
its full impact-absorption performance when anchored in a concrete base.
Therefore,
when installing barriers on asphalt, we strongly recommend completing these
foundational works first to ensure maximum safety and durability.
